    Hi,

    this the second dv5 i have had in many weeks, both of the units developed problems with the media control slider for volume. The slider gets stuck! i mean the computer thinking we are changing the volume but were not and it keeps trying to change the volume but doesn't increase or decrease the volume it just anoyingly beeps and keeps on beeping!...

    please help as i like this laptop and don't want to return it for a refund because i probably won't buy hp next time...
