I want to know this two things:

1st- Does HDX 18" Laptops get as hot as dv9500T? My dv9500T (as most hp laptops) used to get pretty hot under normal circumstances (about 60C just browsing) and as almost everyone here I use Rightmark CPU to downclock my CPU and use a Cooling pad to keep temperature under control (44 - 48 C). I'd like to get an HDX 18" but I'd like them not to have the same problem, if somebody owns one, please share your experience and also, Does HDX 18" laptop support more than 4GB Ram?.

2nd- In the case I can't get an HDX 18", I might want to upgrade the Processor. What is the highest proecessor a DV9500T will support? See my signature to check on my current dv9500T config.

    Thanx folks!!

X9000 is the highest it can support.

WOW! I have a dv9700t (specs below) and the only time I see it get anywhere near 60C is when I am rendering a video; the rest of the time it is between 44C (browsing/idle) and 56C (gaming). I use RMclock to undervolt it; no cooling pad.

So, Isn't there anybody out there that can give a testimonial on HDX 18" temperature?

Thanks 2.0 for your answer on the CPU.
