    does anybody know if HP's return policy is 21 days from the date of purchase or the date that i receive the laptop. i previously had a chat with a rep and he/she said that it was 21 days from order

    21 days from the invoice date, which is the day that it ships.

    Actually, on my invoice, it says 21 days from the date of delivery... Not shipment.
