To anyone who has sent in their Envy, what exactly do they send you first? I know that they send you a box to put your notebook in, but is there any paper that lets you write anything?

I'm just asking this because I just spent 2 hours talking to a (sorry for the foul language) ****ing retard. I told him that my Envy 14 has a cracked LCD, uneven hinges, and a faulty touchpad after a drop, and the only thing he put down in the service description was this:

I'm already pretty annoyed after talking to the HP rep, and this didn't help at all.

    Thanks in advance.

There's a piece of paper where you can describe your problems.

The HP tech will look at the paper because it'll be more detailed than the service order.

The box comes with 3 sheets- 1 description thingy, 1 data backup opt-out sheet, and 1 problem description sheet.
