I have a friend with an HP laptop that is having some serious hardware problems, it has gotten to the point where he would like a replacement for his laptop. If I understand right, he would need to contact a CSR? Please, correct me if I am wrong if that is not the person who he needs to talk to. Also, what does CSR standfor? How would he go about getting ahold of a CSR to resolve the issue? Are there direct phone number to them? I appreciate any input that people have on this.

Is it a case manager that deals with getting people replacement laptops?
