    Question about coupons

    How often should I expect to see offers like the current 20% discount? I'd like a little more time to think about my purchase, but with the deadline quickly approaching, I'm feeling a little rushed. What do you guys think?

    From what I observed before I ordered my notebook, the 20% or an equivalent to the 20% dicount occurs fairly often, but the 30% is a different story.

    Yeah, unfortunately I got into the hunt a little too late and now that 30% is gone. :(

    Oh well, I went ahead and bought it at the 20% discount. If it goes up to 30% I'll ***** and moan until I get my way. Or I'll just tell the guy at HP, "Dude, I'm getting a Dell." (I'm not.)

    hp WILL NOT according to them and other posts give you the money back if the coupons change... you would have to call and send yours back and re-order.. at least thats what i was told and many here had the same issue which from what hp said is one of the reasons they stoped the 30% since to many people were sending them back to get the 30% off instead of the 20%

    every 2 weeks there seems to be either a 15% or 20% off coupon

    well with my experience with the reps at HP, they usually have no clue what they're talking about most of the time... that's just IMHO though :p
