With the free vista upgrade does it mean that you can only upgrade from xp to vista? Or can you actually reformat and install full a fresh copy of vista?
Second question: Is it possible to have two operating systems on one hard drive? For example: XP and vista. If possible will it create any problems?

There are ways around the upgrade only, search the forums it was posted awhile back. As far as running XP and Vista, I installed Vista and run XP in Virtual Machine. You can dual boot them but I find VM to be a much better option.
