    Im so confused on all this HD stuff. Some companies such as Lenovo say their screens are full hd... and 16:9

    however the dv3t screen:

    13.3" diagonal WXGA High-Definition HP LED BrightView Widescreen Display (1280 x 800)

    just says HD.... im guessin its not 16:9 and its not 1080i...

    So what is it? 720p? anyone know?

    Thanks in advance!

    It's not 720p. It's slightly higher than 720p being in a 16:10 format. 720p video will play fine, with thin black bars at the top and bottom.

    720p = 1280x768
    1080p = 1920x1080
