    Hi all!

I have a small problem with my nc4000. Apparently it has a lot of keyboard flex on a upper left corner (esc button, 1,2,3 and tab mostly). When I apply a strong preassure to that part of the keyboard it somehow "glues" down and stays firm, but afer 5-10 minutes it begins to flex again. It seems to me that this part of the keyboard is not "glued" well to whatever (CPU cooler?) is underneath.

Has someone else noticed that issue? Is there a do-it-yourself solution to the problem?

I believe there's some double sided tape that holds the keyboard firmly. It's possible the heat emitted could be melting the glue and making it lose contact. The keyboard could also be slightly bent therefore pulling away from the system. If you want, try taking the keyboard off and flexing it a bit to bend it back into position and see if that helps. Or, you can apply additional tape in that area.
