    My friend suggested that since the laptop nc8430 is not built for gaming, it may be harmful if i play cs:source on it for a long time. Is this true? It has an x1600 ATI graphics card but the fan does run hard while gaming. I am wondering if it would be harmful in any way?

    For people wondering about the NC8430
    The laptop is great! It is probably the sturdiest laptop that I've seen made by hp. I highly recommend this laptop for anyone. I am a soon to be college student and am very pleased with my purchase.
