If i bought this with the following configuration, could this run GTA IV on low-med settings and possibly some high?

    - Intel Core 2 Duo Quad Q9000 2.00GHz with a 1066MHz FSB

    - 4GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1066MHz (2 Dimms)

    - 18.4" Diagonal High Definition HP Ultra Brightview Infinity Display (1920x1080p)

    - 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M~

    - 640GB 7200RPM (320GB x 2) SATA Hard Drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection

    - Blu-Ray ROM with SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW Double Layer~

I think between your video card and Ram I would think it would be okay.

I believe the quad-core would help especially.

Yep! That's what I ordered mine with. I do more CAD then gaming but I'll have to give it a go.

Yes it will run it decently, but not at native resolution.
