I was on the hp website and configured a dv5t that I might buy but when I got to the check out I noticed it was only for the states. I tried hp Canada but I can't seem to find the dv5t on the site. Is it not available in Canada?

If it is, I have a few further questions:

    1. Are there any pictures of the dv5t without the infinity display that I can compare? Also, is the glare from the infinity display that bad? Would it be a recommended upgrade?

    2. Is the upgrade to the 1680x1050 display noticeable or recommended if I am not getting the blu ray drive? I will still be gaming and watching the odd dvd here and there.

    Thanks for your time.

gahhh and i guess there is no way around this huh. O well I guess I will have to go back to the xps1530. Do you know of any other 15 inch notebooks that have a better video card than a 8600m gt? This really sucks.
