So i just got my new Dv6tSE yesterday, and after plugging it in, to uninstall all the crap (did minimal image recovery) and did some tweaks from the HP out of the box guide. I charged 9-cell battery for roughly 7 hours, then I installed battery bar. I was simply doing light browsing, and my discharge rate on the battery is hovering around - 20000 mW. This seems a little bit high.

Do you guys have any tips on how to decrease this number considerably. Also when I tried to install Granola to optimize battery life, it said DVFS is not enabled, which is basically intel speedstep. I looked at the bios to find no option similar to intel speedstep.

Feel free to give me any comments or help.

    Thanks
