I decided to downgrade my lappy to XP, due to few annoying issues with 3dsmax and related programs.

Anyway, I have few questions regarding the process.

What should I back-up before formatting my HDD (completely) ? I want to make new partitions, and Im not sure what to do with the HP_Recovery partition :(

Which drivers should I download from HP site? Do i need all the drivers from this site? http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...sId=3369264&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1093

Im trying to include SATA drivers in my XP install, prolly gonna burn another cd for that. What exactly should I include in my XP install CD and how to do it D: ?

    More questions to come :>

You can use nlite to include all drivers in the CD.

I just did that, included the sata drivers on the XP cd

What should I do with the Recovery partition tho? I heard that I should NEVER delete it, but I dont thnk it`ll be there when i do full format and re-partition my HDD :/
