    Hi,
Have a question regarding the 6 and 12 cell battery for the dv6000. How long is the battery life on both battteries and how long do they take to recharge?

Well. I have the Dv6704 and have the 6 cell batter. I have the AMD @ 1.9, 2 GIGs Ram, and 15.4" Screen. Windows Vista Premium SP1, 5400RPM HD, wireless one, and on normal "High Performance" Running on battery, with full brightness, i can get just about 2 Hours. On Battery Saver with 1/2 Brighness i can get about 3.5 Hrs.

I know you are mentioning about the dv6000 series but I have the dv2700t series, and with my 12 cell battery, it can get me about 5-6 hours depending on usage. That is with No wireless (using the Lan cable tho), with no brightness. With my Standard 6-cell in the same settings, I can get about 2 hours.

I'm sure dv6000 will be around there because both dv2700t and dv6000t series uses the same battery.
