    hi

I have HP dv6-1337TX. It has Windows 7 Home Premium installed. I bought it about 6 months ago.

As i understand there are quick launch buttons on top of the key board for volume control, wireless LAN.

Recently i am facing the problem of these touch buttons not working. I don't know or remember if i have changed any settings. Someone please help me fix this.

The strange thing is that, they work until log in but stop working after logging in.

    Regards,
    Prathika

the best guess is that you may have uninstalled something that they use. So try to download the software from hp.

is that don't work format the pc to factory state settings

if that don't work send to tech support

One thing to try before anything else is to take out the battery, unplug the adapter and hold the power down for 30 secs to drain out excess capacity. That little trick has worked for a fair number of folk.

In that case, 2.0 sucks and he is the worst poster in the history of NBR. He also smells.
