    So I am having the same problems as everyone else trying to reprogram my quick launch ... I get no response. I down loaded the current driver and it made it worse...so I want to follow another thread about downloading the previous driver again..but it says I have to delete the driver I have...can some one give me simple instructions how to delete a driver....thanks
