    What's going on?

I've had so many problems in the past few weeks, and this doesn't help at all. :\

I wouldn't pay much attention to the HP status. Once HP receives the unit, it'll take them 5 - 8 days to turnaround a fix anyways. Trust the FedEx tracking # that it was delivered.

As for the return shipment... I've noticed (for me at least) 2x this last month that HP will generate the return shipping label (you get the update saying it'll be picked up and shipped).... BUT HP won't release the unit to FedEx for another day or two. E.g., Monday night you get an update from HP saying shipping label generated for shipping Tuesday. You will receive the unit back Wednesday afternoon via overnight. In my two cases, HP didn't actually release the unit to FedEx until Wednesday or Thursday. I'm not sure what's going on there... but very annoying. So, don't get your hopes up too high.
