Sorry if this has already been answered, but I'm still not sure whether or not I will need a separate partition for Quickplay 3 on Vista. I just did a clean install of the OS (not using restore DVD's...don't like the junk) and got rid of the secondary partition on the machine. Should I have kept it (...or use PM to re-create it)?

After I booted my new dv6500t into vista...the quickplay prompted me to download Quickplay 3.2 and let me save it as an EXE so I dont think you need the old one.

Note: the second link may be NSFW! Just download, unzip and run setup.exe
I am not sure if this allows Quickplay Direct yet...i.e. running quickplay without booting into windows... -
OK. My quickplay works from within Windows but not by itself. I shut down the lappie and press the QP button and it boots into windows...what gives??

Is it possible to use the Quickplay on a separate partition in Vista then?
QuickLook is supported on my 6910p, can I use QuickPlay instead? -
