I haven't seen this reported yet, so I thought I would mention it myself: CyberLink has just released the QuickPlay 3.4 4316 upgrade. You can download it through the "upgrades" screen in QuickPlay itself, but if you're running QP 3.2 or earlier, you may see links for both the 3.3 and 3.4 upgrades. I believe the 3.3 upgrade is labeled "upgrade software" and the 3.4 is "upgrade QuickPlay." You don't need to download or install 3.3 for 3.4 to work. As usual, it's a 145 MB download.

I can't see any feature improvements from 3.3, but I have to say that 3.4 has been a huge stability improvement for me. I had to uninstall 3.3 because it would cause a loooong (like 2-3 minutes) black screen during every Vista bootup, regardless of what NVIDIA driver I was using. 3.4 doesn't give me any problems at startup, and it seems to respond a bit faster -- though I still can't see how they can call it "Quick"...
