    Hey all,

The touch sensitive button to activate QuickPlay does not work. On the other hand, the DVD touch sensitive button which is next to it does work. How can I go about fixing this?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Thanks~!

What did you do to the computer? Don't say "nothing".

Did you do a clean install? Upgrade something? Install other software? Other hardware? What USB devices have you plugged in to it?

"Does not work" can mean any number of things, so please be more specific.

    Hey
Thanks for the reply. I recently installed the security update for Quickplay. I fiddled around with it and decided to uninstall the patch and program all together.

    Reinstalling it fixed the problem.

    Thanks!

Yup, no problem. The program and the driver are both required for those buttons to work.
