    QuickPlay will not install on DV9207us

    I sent laptop to hp for repair and came back with hd reimaged. I did clean install and now quickplay will not install.

    When I install out of QPW in SwSetup all I get is DVD play. Where is the rest of Quickplay?

    I used to be able to run webcam and other functions from Quickplay.

    Am I missing something? I did a clean install last June when I purchased the laptop and do not remember having this problem.

    Of course all help is appreciated.

    DVD play is part of quickplay. Are you sure you ran Setup.exe correctly

    Try downloading a later version from the hp website

    I downloaded sp35813 and still only get dvd play. Not sure if I missed something or not on the clean install. The quickplay buttons work, but only dvd play comes up when I hit the circle arrow.

    The install starts, when it says it is unpacking files it disappears and never comes back.
