Hello, I'm using dv6375ea.I have Vista Home Premium.

1-) Quickplay works fine on Vista but it doesn't start without booting Vista.I read the forum and a lot of people have this problem too.I want to start Quickplay without windows and watch the films easily. Also I haven't HPQPDP file in my SWSETUP.The people who have Vista Pre-install will not have HPQPDP in their SWSETUP.What can I do ?

2-) Webcam works fine with only Quickplay. But I can't control from the my computer section or anywhere. So I can't use the webcam on windows messenger.

My webcam driver is updated (sp34746)

I am too bored cause of this problems.Waiting your suggestions and helps.Thank you.

    Best Regards.

Vista doesn't have a quickplay partition. It's not a bug, it just isn't designed to work without loading vista. It just operates as a program within windows. Completely defies the point of quickplay, I know, but that's life.

You can access the settings for the webcam from within quickplay, but I don't think there's another way to do it. You configure the webcam for messenger from within messenger. Just try to start a call and the wizard will come up.
