The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Quickplay 2.3 patch

    For all of those still using that archaic xp operating system, and have quickplay 2.3 there is a patch available to upgrade to version 3808b, the previous version was 3609 (FYI). Here's the link.
    They don't say what its for and I haven't installed it myself as of yet so I don't know what it does.

    Got it!...thanks. Virtually unchanged from v3222, or so it seems. Maybe just some proggy rewrites and bug fixes.
