When I start my computer using the quicklaunch buttons for dvd playback, the video is choppy. The audio stutters and sometimes it hangs. If I launch quickplay while already in windows, the video playback is fine. I have searched everywhere for an answer to my problem but can't find one. I have cleaned the registry, defragged the HDD and also upgraded to Quickplay version 2.3. Still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably something wrong with that QP partition. Have you tried reinstalling that?
