I really find the Quickplay feature to be annoying. Maybe not the program itself, but the touch key right above the keyboard is at a spot where I can easily glide over and accidentally start the Quickplay program, often when I'm in the middle of gaming or running some other program. Does anyone know of a way to turn this feature off?

Yes.
1. Click the Vista or XP start icon, bottom left.
2. Type RUN in the Start Search box, ENTER, or click on Run.
3. Type MSCONFIG in the OPEN: area, Click OK.
4. Click on Continue if asked.
5. Select the StartUp Tab in the System Configuration menu.
6. Remove the Checkmark from the "HP QuickLaunch Buttons" Startup Item.
(unchecking just the "HP QuickPlay" item may just disable the QuickPlay and DVD buttons)
7. Click Apply then OK and Restart if required.
Reverse above procedure to restore to original if desired -
