I cannot seem to turn on my R4000 laptop. I called HP technical support and they told me to hold the power button (while the battery is removed) for about 3 minutes so that it would drain out all the power from the laptop. HP said that it should work, but after doing that, it still wouldn't turn on. I tried to switch power outlets but the problem still remains. You guys have any ideas?
