    Hi fellows!!!

I have a Compaq R4000 and two days ago I upgraded it with two Kingston 1 Gb PC2700. It seems to be all right, but in the second reboot, it got stuck, in a third, it was all right, but since then the Windows Xp Home start to crash. The error msg is: STOP: 0x0000004. I reinstalled the memories swaping the slot and the problem continues. But if I use just one memory, it works all right. Its a hardware or just Windows complaining the new configuration?

    Txs,

    Download http://www.memtest86.com/#download0
+ and test the memory overnight. It might be that you have a bad stick. Download the ISO, burn it to a disk and boot with it. Even one error is too much!
