I have the HP ENVY 14 2020NR with the graphics card mentioned in the title, I just began playing Diablo and was surprised when my envy was struggling with even medium-low graphics. I tried loading up catalyst control centre to see if dedicated graphics was being used for the game but when I double click the icon in the system tray - nothing shows up, neither does anything come up when I try to load from startup menu.

I've tried various fixes in the past couple of hours - completely removing the ATI software then reinstalling etc. and I've yet to see the catalyst control centre window that I once could.

I've searched around and saw that people have had similar problems but these were older cards/different notebooks.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

    Thanks in advance
