    Hello Everyone... I have upgraded my RAM to PC2-5300 2 GB(2x1) 667 MHz .. but CPU-Z is showing that it is PC2-5300 333 Mhz (in the attached pic)..

    is this normal ??

    Yes, PC 5300 memory runs at 333Mhz. Since its double data rate the effective clock speed is doubled. BTW since you have a system with 533MHz FSB your memory is capable of only running at PC2 4200 speeds.
