    RAM compatibility with HP dv5130

    I have a dv5130 (turion) by HP and it comes with 1gb of ddr 333mhz ram. If i were to replace it with ddr2 667mhz ram would it work?

    No DDR and DDR2 are not compatible with each other, so they cannot be interchanged. Since you have DDR memory you can only use DDR memory up to DDR400.
