    It looks good except I see some spots near the edge that you missed.

    I'm not really a red person myself though, I'd prefer orange.

    Also, this belongs in the Cosmetic Modifications section.

    I agree that I need to touch up two areas on the front section. The tape didn't stick very well there, and raised a bit while painting.

    I'm aware that it's a cosmetic mod, but I tough I'd share that in the compaq section as well ..

    This looks really, really good in my opinion. I wouldn't mind having a color on my v5000z but A) my baby is only a week old, and B) I don't have the balls to try that. I would be to scared I'd mess something up. Haha.

    I did not paint the lid, because I don't know how resistant the paint will be. If the paint is very resistant to scratches, rest assured that I'll paint the entire thing in red.

    I am aware of this; it is not like if I was trying to hide it.
