    Hello

I just ordered my HP nc8430 yesterday and when it arrive i want to upgrade the notebook with a extra stick of memory.

And then i just want to know if i can put a stick of Kingston ValueRAM 667mz DDR2 ram 1gb in it?

I've heard that the original stick is made by Hyundai and i was wondering if that block can co-operate with the kingston block, and in dual-channel?

The specification for the kingston valueram is: http://shortlink.dk/c3cefcc4

    - If not please suggest another stick i can buy ;p

It'll fit and work well, there shouldn't be a problem.

Dual channel doesn't offer a massive performance boost to Core Duo/Core 2 Duo notebooks, so I would disregard that. The module that you have linked will work in your notebook just fine, like Cori alreay mentioned. :)
