I saw the kingmax 200 Pin 512MB PC2700 DDR SODIMM in the Notebook and Tech Deals for 6/1/2005 - 6/3/2005 post for 44 dollars and it sounded like a great deal so i'm wondering if it is compatible with the compaq r4000

The Kingmax pc2700 did not work for me or others. Kingston worked fine for me.
