    Hello,

I recently purchased the HP dv2500t Notebook with WinVista Home Premium preinstalled. After installing and Updating all my stuff I'm now experiencing random Vista shutdowns with Event-ID 6008: "The previous system shutdown at 12:48:35 AM on 12/25/2007 was unexpected."

I hoped that the BIOS Update (F.21) can fix this problem, but it still remains.

Need some help on this one, because this way the notebook is not very reliable.

I attached a photo of the Blue Screen. Hope this helps to identify the problem.

    Thx in advance

I would clean install, and if it still happens, request a replacement.

I did a clean install and downloaded all the latest Drivers from the HP Website! And I think the problem occurred since that reinstall - but I am not quite sure!

I've read in some pages, that this problem occurs along with bad memory. But both HDD + Memory Check in the System BIOS passed with no Errors!

    Any Ideas??
