Boy, sorry to bring this issue back....
But does Anybody know how to lower the fan-noise of an laptop threw software.
Its just becomming more and more louder ever since I installed drivers in the laptop2goes web site.
Im thinking of just doing a Fresh Install and juste checking things out from there.
oh, does someone know how we can distinguish "laptop" drivers from the rest of the drivers on laptop2goes???
Sorry for bothering you guys about this, but I didn't expect my dv6565ca to be This LOud.... its just plain old stupid considering its not a "desktop replacement" computer... ( I guess)

what bios are you using?
try upgrading to the latest bios from the hp site
im pretty sure all of the drivers are for laptops ("laptop"video2go.com) -
the drivers on the laptop2go without are Desktop drivers but the INF is modified so they can be installed in Laptops... which basically means it will most likely be running as if it was Desktop graphics card.....
Sometime the author of the web site would post Laptop realeases but after then main post, Its hard to find them
That is why I was asking if anybody know a clear way of distinguishing between them... F-22.A. i guess its the latest for the hp dv6565ca
