    Recovery partition query?

    Once you have the recovery disc's is there any need to keep the HP Recovery partition on the HDD?
    Is there any way we can create a recovery partition if required again after removing it?

    I got rid mine and afterwards replaced it to see if I could, using sites like these, instruction and add a partition using these

    Yes, just use the recovery disks you made and perform a full restore. The original software that your computer was delivered with will be reinstalled. All existing software will be removed as the HD will be re-formatted.

    I've re-installed Vista from an OEM disc and can't seem to find the HP Recovery manager software. Does anyone know from where I can get this?
