Greeting fellow members,
I wanted to know how I should go about reformatting my hp dv6t. I bought it back in July and never got around to it till now. I just want to do a complete fresh install of windows 7 ultimate and then just find and install drivers afterwards. I don't know which driver to format because there are four of them when I attempt to. Also, I saw posts about the minimal recovery thing that removes all bloatware but I just don't want that either. Help is much appreciated and thanks in advance! Thank youuu!

Take a look at this guide to get started - http://forum.notebookreview.com/hp-compaq/432564-hp-laptop-out-box-guide-2-0-windows-7-a.html
For drivers, take a look at the driver thread that I currently maintain for this series:

You may want to take a snapshot of the Device Manager before starting the clean install process. That way, you'll know what you need when reinstalling the drivers.
