Need some help deciding, there's some refurbed Envy 15's on hp's site that have the specs I want (i5, 1080p glossy), for under $1k, but I'm worried about a new Envy15 being released before Christmas.

There's really no urgency, I could wait until next year on my old laptop, but I really want something nice.

What are your guys' thoughts? Get the refurb now, or wait and see?

If you're worried, then go ahead and wait. No point in getting a laptop now and thinking about regretting it later. Been there and done that.
