    What is the brand of the 128GB mSATA SSD II in HP notebooks?

    Samsung, not the best choice, better off with an Intel, if they ever make a 160 GB mSATA III (eg 40-80-160).
    Maybe they will change there manufacturing and build a 120 GB, highly doubtful though.

    IMO Samsung is the better choice. Cheaper, great battery life and performance with a better selection of SSD capacities.
