So i recently installed reils touchpad and man does it work wonders. But i was playing around trying to configure the settings better and now my touchpad scrolls too fast. Idk what the default settings were.

Does anybody have good settings for the reils touchpad?

I use the default settings for everything except I set the three finger swipe (up and down) to crtl+alt+tab/alt+tab

Do you have any idea how to disallow the regular scrolling (when the scrolling icon comes up) because it is very choppy when I am trying to scroll up and down.

Edit: Finally found it! I disabled two finger scroll in the synaptics settings pannel. This works so well it is clean and smooth as butter :D

I still prefer the edge scrolling. The multi finger stuff was too laggy.

+1, Can you link us please?

I'm getting really annoyed of this touchpad lol.

Edit: Found it, I don't know what it's like as I won't be able to install it at the moment, but judging from what people said about it, it is pretty good.
Here is his folder for the DL.

Make sure you disable the tapping and two-finger scrolling in the Synaptics software, otherwise you will get double inputs.

    What he said.

And just bumping this for anyone who may have recently purchased this and actually uses it for portability, this touchpad driver makes it AMAZING! Lol! It's actually a huge difference in responsiveness and all-in-all, can't complain. I get a similar feel off of this touchpad driver as I would on a macbook.

Same, I'm still playing with settings, but it's an extreme improvement over the Synaptics drivers.
