Hey, i just bought a new HP DV5T 1007CA. the laptop is great, but i was just wondering about the remote control... there is a slot in the notebook so that you can store the remote when its not in use, but i cant seem to get it open, is there some kind of button to push to get it open? or is there something else im missing? please reply ASAP.

    Thanks ;)

Hi, I had that problem too at first. Theres actually a springy ejector in there, you just have to push in on the slot pretty far then it will click and lock. Push it again and it will click again and eject out by the spring.

The dummy will be in there when you first receive the notebook. You will need to push it in first.

It will require abit of force pushing it in and you should hear it click then it will pop out.
