Hi Guys...I'm having a weird problem. I just reinstalled XP on my laptop as it was getting bloated, but when I installed the Bioscrypt Verisoft Access manager and tried to register my credentials (fingerprint), the window just hangs for ever and when I then it says "Remote Procedure Call Failed". Anybody hav a solution to this? Thx in advance!

RPC is an inter-process communication service for Windows. Try looking up the error in your log for more details on it. Maybe the software is conflicting with some other software.

If you have disabled any services lately, turn them back on and restart

Nah man, didn't disable any services. Actually I thought maybe its some software conflict, so I did another fresh install of xp and the first thing I did before installing anything else was bioscrypt, but unfortunately no luck. I emailed bioscrypt, lets see what they say. Thx for the help guys.
