I have an HP Pavillion dv6-3050us 15.6" laptop. A peer of mine lent me their microfiber wipe but apparently it was dirty and now I have some very fine scratches on the plastic bezel surrounding the screen. It is otherwise unnoticeable unless you shine a light or direct it to the sun - but it still keeps me wide awake at night. Is there a way to remove the fine scratches without causing further damage to the plastic bezel? All suggestion would be great. Thanks.

If they really bother you, maybe try one of those "fix scratched lenses" products

I read somewhere from the dv6 quad thread that someone used meguiars scratch remover or something like that..and he says it works.

The same thing happened to my notebook and I tried to fix it too, with scratch removers but ended up paying $20 for a new bezzle
( I could not sleep at night too). Anyway to answer your question: Yes probably could be done but you would waste a lot of time and at least 5-10 bucks for the scratch removing liquid and you might end up damaging it more so just look on ebay for a new one. Im really happy with my purchase and I bought a used one (LOOKED LIKE NEW)
