    Replace DVD-RW drive NX8220

    Can anyone tell me how to replace my dvd drive? I have unscrewed the transport screw on the bottem of my laptop but cant remove the drive.

    My drive is broken so I have a spare one, but I cant get the faulty drive out. I have search all the manuals but haven't found anything. Am I overseeing something?

    Hi Iku,

    It is not the same method. But I have found the solution. I googled for the service manual and found it. When reading through the pages i found that it was just a slight press on the right side of the dvd and it poped out. No screws etc...
