    Hi all.

    Where can i get a WXGA+(1440x900) screen for DV6x00 laptop? I have a WXGA(1280x800) now. I dont think about the text or anything. I just want it. I got a DV6799EO, theres no official WXGA+ screen from HP. What can i do?

    Please help.

    You can get a pretty good deal on used/new screens in the 100.00 range. MOST screens listed for/from dv6* models will work. The only issue you may run into is if yours has 2 lamps and the screen you find has 1 lamp.

    I've gotten several screens from ebay for broken dv6000 laptops and not run into any issues yet.

    Something similar to this should work.

    Its not what i want. I need the resolution 1440x900 or 1680x1050.
