When i bought my dv6000t, i purposely didnt get the dvd burner becuase frankly, i have 2 other laptops with dvd burners AND i have a spare NEC slim dvd burner i got becuase it was a fantastic deal off of newegg. so i figured no problem, i'll save some money and just throw the nec in it.

Plans changed when i actually say the drive in the DV6000t. the bezel is no removable.

On my I5100, i was able to just take off the bezel and transfer it to a new drive if i wanted.

Does anyone know how, or has anyone actually performed the replacement? if so, would you mind either leaving a tutorial, or posting a link to one? i'd really appreciate it
