Could somebody give me detailed instructions on how to replace the processor in the zv5000z?

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the help.

I just have one more question to ask for tonight.

The HP Maintenance and Service Guide talks about a "Diagnostics for Windows" in its Troubleshooting section. I have tried to find this using the path they give in the guide, but a "Diagnostics for Windows" option doesn't exist in the control panel of Windows. Is this a option that needs to be enabled or am I just looking in the wrong place?

I'm not sure what HP is referring to either. All I can think of are the diagnostics available from Help and Support.
