Hello everyone, I've been wondering if it's possible to change out the HP BrightView WXGA 14.1" LCD (which is too reflective for my kind of work environment) to some other manufacturer's 14.1" WXGA, or even WXGA+ or LED?

Will the BIOS recognise the new screen (if there's such a thing) or are the connectors the same? Sorry I'm a completely noob when it comes to such things.

From a cost perspective you're probably better off selling what you got and buying the one you want.
