I requested a new pointing stick cap from HP for my Evo N620c, and was informed that they could not send me just the cap but were sending me a whole new keyboard. I personally think this is extremely wasteful, but there seems to be no alternative. So I figure I might as well replace the keyboard, but I can't figure out how to remove it. There are four locking tabs to pull down and then it's supposed to swing upwards, but I can't seem to figure out where one might put leverage on the thing to swing it up. Can anyone help me out on this one? If I can't figure it out I'll just put the point stick cap from the new keyboard on my current one, but I'd rather not waste the keyboard.

Yeah I read that, and it looks like the keyboard is supposed to pop up after the tabs and screws are released, but it doesn't. The keyboards on these models are often held down with sticky tape on the bottom of the keyboard, making them much harder to remove.
